Introducing The Summer Body Workout Program
This summer, I have launched the 6th Summer Body Workout Program. Designed to help you reconnect with your body, this program focuses on nourishing exercises that promote physical and mental well-being. The Summer Body Workout program emphasises the importance of mindful movement, ensuring you stay active in a way that feels good for your body.
I recently completed a Thesis analysing the impact physical activity, mindfulness, and self-esteem have on our state of well-being. Research consistently shows that regular physical activity and mindfulness are essential for maintaining overall health. Pilates exercises not only improve cardiovascular health, strengthen muscles, and enhance flexibility, but they also boost mental health by reducing stress, anxiety, and depression. By staying active in a way that nourishes your body, you can enjoy these benefits while fostering a deeper connection with yourself.

Summer Body Workout #6: New Content, Best Results
We are thrilled to announce the return of Summer Body Workout #6, now featuring all-new content designed to help you achieve your best summer body yet. This program is ideal for those with some experience in Pilates and is structured to seamlessly integrate into your summer schedule.
Program Details:
- Duration: 8 weeks
- Format: A balanced mix of strength and mobility exercises
- Session Length: Up to 30 minutes per class
- Weekly Workouts: Some weeks include 2 x 15-minute video sessions, perfect for fitting into your busy summer days
- Each new workout will stay live for seven days; you can enjoy the session as much as you like. The following Monday, this workout will disappear and be replaced with week 2’s workout, and so on for eight weeks. This is designed to get you to act within seven days of receiving your new workout.
