I’m an older woman who has always found pilates a bit scary. While I’m reasonably fit and agile, I have a bit of arthritis in my wrists and thought this might prevent me doing the exercises. I signed up for Tara’s free four week online taster course for beginners on the recommendation of a friend and enjoyed it very much. Tara is an excellent teacher – clear, patient and reassuring – and she offered a range of alternatives and workarounds to accommodate weaker areas or injuries. I’ve now enrolled for a further beginners course with Early Pilates and look forward in time to joining one of Tara’s intermediate courses as I progress. Highly recommended.

Tara is a great teacher of Pilates. She has a great talent for spotting what your body is doing wrong, and helping you to correct it. Great programmes for all, but particularly if you are getting over an injury or other problems.
