Group Pilates session with Tara Fallon face-to-face in the Studio. Duration 45 mins
This involves a group of people training together, the session will still be specifically designed to meet each person’s needs. Tara will assess your mobility & strength via muscle testing and recommend Pilates exercises to help enhance and create a stronger, more flexible body. This approach enhances equilibrium in the body, promoting long-term health in muscles, joints and biomechanics. You will learn how to do Pilates using both the mat-work exercises and the Pilates equipment including Reformer, Cadillac, chair and barrels.
