Come join me for this charity event to raise money for Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital, Crumlin. This is a charity close to my family’s heart.
My son was born with a heart condition, we were told on day 3 he would need that open heart surgery in order to live. He’s doing fine now. During our stay there we realised how important funding is, more facilities are always needed in the cardiac unit. The care we got from the team in Crumlin was amazing. When our son was undergoing his open heart surgery my husband and I made a decision to give back when we could. When we all come together and give a little bit of support it makes a huge difference to all the little warriors fighting for their lives. Big love & heart x
In this mini retreat we will combine strength and balance with a unique sequence of three dimensional movement. We will draw off Yoga and Pilates to create a sense of space. There will be tea/coffee and fresh water available throughout the day.
What to expect :
1-2.45pm movement class in the stable studio (blend of pilates & yoga ) focus on hip mobility & back stability
2.45-3.30pm light bite (tea, coffee, fruit & water complimentary). Our you can purchase food in the Tea rooms in the beautiful gardens of Kilruddery House (your ticket price to enter the gardens is included). This is also a chance to explore the gardens.
3.30-4.30pm PIlates focus on building a strong core & Back . 430-5pm Finish with some breathwork & meditation.
