Welcome to our Pilates and Yoga program specifically designed for secondary school Transition Year students. Our collaboration with schools has been met with great success, helping students enhance resilience and adopt mindful techniques.
Benefits to Students
Our Pilates and Yoga classes offer numerous benefits, including:
- Enhanced Resilience: Developing the strength to face future challenges both academically and personally.
- Mindful Techniques: Equipping students with tools to manage stress and stay focused, which will be advantageous during their college years and beyond.
- Alignment ; Supports good posture preventing injuries in the future.
The Process of Setting Up a Class
After we establish communication and agree on a suitable class time, I, Tara, will come to your school weekly to teach a 1-hour session that combines Pilates, Yoga, and breathwork.
By understanding your school’s specific needs, I can create bespoke sessions tailored for your students. The length of the course and the number of students per class can be determined based on your requirements. We recommend dividing the terms per class, as teaching more than 30 students at once can lead to distractions, reducing the effectiveness of the sessions.
Please contact us for booking and availability, to enquire here if we can alignment with your schools time for TY gym and physical education time slots.
