As we navigate through an abundance of fitness and wellness options in the New Year, I am reaching out personally to reconnect and offer my ongoing support for your health and well-being. Reflecting on what truly resonates with you and taking the time to pause can be incredibly beneficial, ensuring that the choices you make support your long-term wellness journey.
With over 25 years in the health and wellness industry, I understand that this time of year often creates a frenzy in the wellbeing sector, with much of the media giving you 5 good reasons to start exercising, three ways to lose those extra pounds and so on. Note that more than 80% of people drop out by the end of January if they choose an exercise they don’t enjoy. If Pilates aligns with your wellness path, I invite you to keep reading. If not, I encourage you to explore other areas of wellness that will suit you better and, therefore, save you time to help you make some thoughtful, informed decisions.
